PROFESSIONAL HISTORY

My Qualifications

DRONE HOBBYIST

Flying drones has been a fun hobby of mine since early 2016. Having years of flight experiences in all conditions. Building and repairing drones we built ourselves.  Going on to graduate Sugu Drone school for my Advanced drone certificate. Drone schools arent required by law but show a higher level of understanding and credentials.

CANADIAN ARMED FORCES

I served with the Royal Canadian Dragoons @ Garrison Petawawa. My trade was armoured crewmen & my job was to provide the 4th Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group & Nato with armoured reconnaissance. My troop did have a drone asset and I was trained in surveillance operations which taught us to use thermal imagery, night vision and radar to designate targets and over-watch areas of interest.

AERONAUTICAL RADIO OPERATOR

During my time in the military we used radio communications often to coordinate between different call signs & control stations like headquarters. Though in November of 2021 I passed Transport Canada's Restricted Operator certificate for Aeronautical purposes. Industry Canada requires that any operator of radiotelephone equipment, on board aircraft and at aeronautical land (fixed and mobile) radio stations using aeronautical mobile frequencies, be the holder of a Restricted Operator Certificate-Aeronautical.

RPAS/UAS THERMOGRAPHY CERTIFICATE

The infrared training centre by Flir is the North American standard for thermal imaging taken from the air. Flir is a world leader in IR thermography training. In easier words, how to take and analyze thermal photos from the air. In March of 2022 I received this certification.
